Supper tonight was Taco Bake from my regular recipe rotation. Basically, it’s taco meat on top of baked crescent roll dough, topped with cheese. Somehow it’s also “light” — has a Weight Watchers POINTS rating.
Not super exotic or exciting, but one thing I like about it is the meat mixture is great for freezing — lots of the ingredients are natural halves. Half a pound of meat. Half a can of kidney beans. Why not make two batches at once? Easier than figuring out what to do with half a can of leftover kidney beans.
